Let me start by introducing our CEO – it’s God!! Here at Go Godly we take our tagline seriously. We put God at the forefront and center of all we do and He is our CEO for all intent and purposes. However, for banking and legal reasons our Founder’s name is on the paperwork.
Our Founder is Debbi Silverman. About four years ago, while praying for some direction and purpose, God poured into her very specific and distinct directions on Go Godly Worldwide. The list of all that Go Godly would become was extensive – more on that below – and about all that will eventually come. Overwhelmed and excited, Debbi dug into creating a real vision and plan using all God had shown her.
Over the next four years she developed curriculums that will become part of “The Kingdom”, video game environment. Next we developed fun and unique formats and games to deliver this content. Writing curriculum for 25 to 30 award based games for seven different age levels took three years. Then came drafting a business plan, the game design and outline for “The Kingdom”, creating logos, hiring artists, and even writing a number of children’s books and workbooks that correspond with all the gaming fun.
Debbi’s obedience to God’s directions has led us to where we are today, building an amazing vision that will share the love of God with millions of people worldwide. That vision starts with our kids. Jesus loves the little children, after all.
Debbi’s corporate background is in finance and human resources. She also was involved in local scouting programs where she was leader, area manager, trainer and recruiter for thirteen years. Her efforts were rewarded with having 12 girls graduate out of the program, having 15 girls who received bronze awards, 5 who received silver awards and 3 who received gold awards.
Debbi is also a published author of “A Glimmer of Hope” the true story of miracles, mayhem and God’s hand in it all. She also has several children’s books coming soon, including Hannah’s Hanukkah, Moses was a Basketcase, Plagues A Plenty, Moses of Many Miracles, Bee-Attitudes and The Littlest Lie.
Her love of God, children, writing and fun made this project and all that Go Godly shall become a work of her heart, which seems hardly like work at all.

What is your Mission Statement?
We hold firmly to our faith in God and understand God must be first in all things. We believe in all God’s promises and strive to be obedient by keeping love at the forefront of all we do all the time. God has given us a mission to inspire and empower today’s young people through His truth, wisdom and promises. In obedience to His direction and purpose, we shall serve God and seek His guidance to assure all that we create gives Him glory while accomplishing that mission.
What is Go Godly Worldwide about?
As with all things of God, there is a much bigger picture than is easily scribed on a website, but now that we have completed phase 1 and 2 of our development, we are moving on to phase 3 and 4 which involve our all important kids. Godly Girls and Godly Guys is for children in Pre-K to 12th grade. The first part of our project for them is a 3D website video game environment called “The Kingdom” that is educational and scripture driven featuring award based quests and adventures. We are raising the funding to complete the game design in 3D, complete character designs, mascot designs, and game development as this game features multiple age levels (lands) to explore, various quests each having a theme, and a plethora of curriculum that needs to be formatted into all the fun games. Add to that illustration work, videos, award boards and all the various other personnel needed to bring this to fruition, it is an exciting time for us here at Go Godly. Who runs the company?
Presently, Debbi Silverman is the founder and CEO
of the LLC. God is in charge of all aspects of our company through prayer which constantly directs all business decisions as we continue to make them. We count on His guidance and direction to assure all work meets His standards, not just ours. Additionally, we strive to remain good stewards of all blessings and wish to remain debt free as we go forward with this project.
Are you hiring?
Not yet, first we need to be able to pay salaries, but there will soon be a section dedicated to hiring people as there will be many needs to keep this amazing business running. Stay tuned.
Where are you located?
Right now we are in Southern New Jersey. However, this business is an online business that we hope to take worldwide so a brick and mortar location won’t be necessitated initially, although future projects may include a home office and other physical locations.
How can I sign up my child?
We are not accepting members quite yet, as building the video game adventure portion of this endeavor will take a bit of time to produce in the quality we desire. However you can join our waiting list and follow us on social media to be sure you don’t miss a thing.
Why are you collecting donations?
After watching the success of “The Chosen” with their crowdfunding for the series, we thought this path would suit our company best. We are planning to keep the company debt free and wish to partner with like minded, God loving people who see the value in our plans and the vision for this company. Most of all, we want to be able to instill in our children the understanding of how God will open doors and provide for us in everything we do, if we are willing to trust Him and His timing.
What are you hoping that children get out of the video game?
Most importantly, a deeper relationship with God and a better understanding of their personal role in forging that relationship through prayer, devotions, bible knowledge and loving God. We do have some core values that we will live by and hope to instill these values into participating children as well.

Can we participate as a church group?
Godly Groups are part of our plan, but our initial launch will be for individuals.
What is the cost to join?
The cost will be an annual membership fee. We are still working on the set up for this as like other things in this project it is a bit complicated and our desire is to keep it affordable while still being able to provide funding for growth and other projects in the future. We are discussing several options for membership. But, to give you a little insight;
New Members or members who are leveling up can choose a basic membership or deluxe membership. Basic members get Kingdom access for a year and 2 Kingdom Keys while Deluxe members will get a t-shirt or cinch sak, a level patch, a members certificate, and a special skin for their level. We also are working on family discounts for people registering more than one child which will evolve into our Godly Group registration eventually for churches and homeschool groups.
Why are you an LLC instead of a Non-Profit?
Great question. A great deal of prayer went into this decision. Initially, we desired non-profit status, but there are many requirements for a non-profit that were nearly impossible to put into place at this juncture, as the business was primarily a sole ownership while we were building this site and the future game site. Once we got to the place where the business required “official” status, we met with a lawyer and based on all the information we had about this business and its growth, the LLC was the best and most affordable solution to get started. This doesn’t mean at a later date we may opt to be non-profit and seek that status. Meanwhile, once we do become self-sufficient and are generating income for the business, we are hoping to be able to set up our own philanthropic division called Godly Giving where we can partner with other organizations doing Godly work around the world.
Why isn’t it free for children?
I do hope that we may be able to offer scholarships at a later date to a few kids every year, but the vision for “The Kingdom” was always that it would be membership based for an annual fee, like sports and scouting programs are locally
How much money do you need?
To create the website and 3D animation, test it and set it up online with all the bells and whistles and interfaces is estimated at $1.2 million dollars.
Illustrations for one book is approximately $1000 if contracted out until we have in-house artistry teams.
Patches for completing awards are between $10K and $15K for all levels in phase one for minimum quantities – as we grow we can order larger quantities and therefore save money.
Stuffed animal versions of our mascots are approximately $100K to $200K depending on how many we send to production at one time. This doesn’t include storage because the minimum order of one style is 500 pieces so my garage just won’t cut it for this item. Additionally, there are licenses for design work done too.
This doesn’t include salaries for our employees. I’ve been working for free, but generally in order to eat and be housed other people will want me to pay them. 🙂 Not, only do we wish to offer people a good salary for the work they do for us, but we also want to ensure they have good health benefits, too. All these things require funding, so we have given it over to God and look forward to His provision.
As soon as we fund the game design we will proceed with that and begin raising additional funds for art projects, video projects and hiring personnel.
Why the Worldwide if you are in NJ?
Our goal is to translate our content in “The Kingdom” to a variety of different languages for families around the globe. We believe wholeheartedly that what the world needs now is the love of Almighty God!
What other Godly Goals are coming up and when?
When God provides direction and funding. I believe that once “The Kingdom” launches and Godly Girls and Godly Guys is established and Godly Gifts is set up with initial items, the next focus will be on translating curriculums and adding new curriculums to the site. There are at least 3 more curriculum updates that will happen to assure that there are more than enough quests and adventures to last each child more than 2 years without repeating anything. Additionally, we will be adding specifically Catholic curriculum and additional Judaic curriculum to the game as well and are looking into specific religious lessons for other denominations as well, although our overarching theme will always be Christianity, we understand that there are specific tenets within some religious organizations such as learning about Saints for Catholic and Greek Orthodox and Russian Orthodox, kids.
Once we get that all underway, we hope to begin setting up additional parts of the business such as Godly Gardens (camps), Godly Grands (elder specified content), Go Godly gaming for adults, Godly Giving (our philanthropic plan), Godly Graduates (a homeschooling program) and Godly Goodies & Garb (our branded products and clothing). God has given us a HUGE vision so this is just the snippet before I asked for a moment because it was HUGELY overwhelming to see ALL that God has planned.
Where did you get the idea for this?
It’s all God. Truly. I prayed and God gave me all this amazing direction for what is now Go Godly Worldwide. I’m still utterly amazed at God’s Greatness!
Do you have skin in the game?
Fair Question. Yes, I do and will as much as I can when I can as God provides. I certainly have hours invested. LOTS and LOTS of hours over 4 years working on average 60 hours to 80 hours a week creating content. All that was without a paycheck. But, additionally I personally paid for the website designs, logo designs, illustration work on 1 book and video design, so far. I believe in this project and know how valuable it is and how precious because God gave me so much amazing insight into all of it that it blew my mind, so as much as I was able financially, I have done what I can to get it this far, but now I need everyone to help us out because we are at next level amazingness!!!
