Nothing says craziness like buckets and buckets of content creation going on. So, to give you a little update, here is what we have overflowing in our buckets right now.

The final touches are being implemented on the Q&A outlines for the Lightning Leaders content. This is just basic reformulation of all the initial content I created at the onset of this project into a format that will allow the developers to input the clues, questions, and answers into the adventure lands assigned to them. For example, if the adventure is about Noah and it takes place at a beach, then all the levels and clues need to be set up so they are found in the right order, the game idea for that area needs to be sorted and the questions and answers and the format for them needs to be not just established but all the answer information needs to be supplied. I know this sounds so basic, but the initial outline was the adventure questions and some bible verse locations, but none of the answers or the way the questions might be used was done initially. This was because the initial plan for this game and the current plan were very different. But, we are almost done this highest level, so they all get easier as we go. YAY. We work backward hardest to easiest with curriculum for a reason.

Next bucket is book publication and illustration. Our goal for March is 3 books finalized and ready for publishing. We have one almost ready, but the other two are starting from scratch. Hopefully, all will go smoothly. Keep that in prayer, please my prayer warrior friends.

Next bucket is a biggie and one that has required prep and practice, but apparently God thinks we are ready to move forward with this, so keep and eye out. We are doing a bible & word study that will be a video and available on multiple platforms. I have several of the studies we are going to dive into already hashed out, I just need to format this study to make it fun, interesting, exciting and worthy of God and His glory. You should know it is always this last one that gives me the nerves. You should also know that despite years and years of working on this project with God and all the ways He has guided, directed, uplifted and informed this project, I never, ever feel like I’m alright in it. I know that sounds wild, but it isn’t a doubting thing. God is amazing and I never doubt Him. Me….well, yeah it’s definitely a me issue. I just am never sure that it’s good enough. And surely it would never be if it was me doing all the heavy lifting. I am fully aware of God’s presence and control in this project, it’s just my silly human brain messing about because that is what it does. So, with that said, I have lead bible studies before and they were well received and I felt they turned out nicely. However, and it is a big HOWEVER, this series is God leading and me just putting it altogether and while God knows I am capable of delivering the messages, I admit there is a difference in the approach. I’m a writer, it’s what I do and do pretty well most days. God is a creator – in ways my brain cannot even possibly fathom. I mean HE spoke and stars appeared in the sky. Not randomly but purposefully creating constellations, universes, galaxies. Suns and moons perfectly directed into orbits. Planets, like ours that are just the right spacing away from the sun to sustain life. It’s mind boggling for me the mere human. So, I just hope that my meager knowledge and skill pleases God. I’d like you all to like it too, of course but you don’t make me nearly as nervous. LOL.

We also have a bucket of upcoming legalese to go through. Lots and lots to do to change over to a 501 C. To fundraise. To get all the ducks in a row that need to be in a row. For those who are not aware, I seldom have my ducks in a row, in fact, I am not even sure I know where some of the ducks are and I’m pretty sure a couple of them might be pigeons. Welcome to my world. LOL

The final bucket in this series, but not the final bucket of the project, there are buckets and buckets and more buckets after that, but for the next month of so this is on the bucket list. That is to set up some merch. Yes, the website has a store and it has been part of the things to do, but recently there has been a nudge from above to share a few items in the store for the brand. So, keep an eye out for our “Grand Opening” of the store. More information will be coming on our Facebook page and our Instagram and we will be on YouTube and TikTok too. I am not a TikTok person at all, but here we are. This entire walk has been about all the things God wants me to do and very few things Debbi knows how to do. Which is literal hilarity when that which I really don’t understand miraculously comes together and those who know me really well sit with their mouth agape wondering how I did that. Quick answer – I didn’t – God did.

If you haven’t asked God for your purpose in life and just surrendered to Him, I encourage you to pray on it and let go of all you think you know about anything and let God steer your life. It is a wild and wonderful ride that will amaze you while freaking you out a bit too.
